Set up and pack up teams consist of three men working together each week to enable us to meet and worship at PSPS each week. Set up and Pack up involves the following:

Set Up
- Please arrive promptly at 8:45am
- Sweep the hall and concrete areas using the leaf blower
- Place A-frames outside the hall and across the road
- Place flag outside the gate next to the road
- Set out the chairs as follows - (i) two rows of racked chairs at the front; (ii) all single chairs in rows of nine; and (iii) one row of racked chairs at the back for parents and babies / young children
- Place the baby change table and supplies in the Accessible Toilet
- Set out four tables for morning tea
- Set out two tables for the Welcoming Team
- Assist the Welcome Team to carry the crates of Bibles to the Welcome Table
- Assist the Kids Church team to carry equipment and crates to the Kids Church rooms
- Bring the coffee machine trolley out to the canteen area
Pack Down
- Pack down and store all signs, tables, preachers lectern, and chairs
- Ensure the table trolley is stored in the chair store room
- Return baby change table and supplies to store room
- Turn off the projector using the white remote
- Turn off the PA in the sound room (switch on the wall)
- Sweep hall using the orange scissor broom
- Leave coffee trolley and empty garbage bin in the hall by the stage stairs ready for Mainly Music
- Take morning tea rubbish to the bins near Monterra Ave
- Ensure the store room is neatly arranged and each item stored in its correct space
- Ensure hall is completely clear of C@P ready for use by OOSH on Monday morning
- Check with person on lock up if anything needs doing prior to leaving
